Home Delivery

 

Home delivery is for small quantity feed and store merchandise orders.

1. Call in your order to the store at 644-3857. 

Call before 5 pm and we can get your food and supplies to you the same day!

2. Pay with a credit card by phone.

(We promise it's safe. Customers pay us by phone for pick-ups all the time.)

3. We'll arrange same-day delivery with Las Cruces Delivery Solutions. All you have to do is be at home to accept your delivery.

Guidelines
 

• Limit 3 feed bags per order.

• Additional shopping bag items from the store are welcomed. 

• Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday from 10:30 am - 8 pm.

• Orders must be placed by 5 pm for same-evening delivery.

• Your contact information will be shared with Las Cruces Delivery Solutions.

• Deliveries are dispatched by LCDS with most orders arriving within a 1 - 2 hour window of your call. Service times aren't guaranteed, but plan ahead to be home.    

• An adult must be home to accept delivery unless explicit instructions and consent are arranged.

• Your Buyer's Program will be credited for your purchased bags. A delivery fee will apply to any order with a redemption of your free bag.

• No vaccines.

• No coupons by phone.

• No hay or deliveries of large items or quantities by truck.

• Mileage is calculated from Horse N Hound to your home address on Google Maps.

• A cash option is available for small purchases. Details by request.

• A delivery fee is not a tip to your driver. Please reward LCDS drivers for excellence.
